My name is Lee , age 65. I am your customer for more than 20 years, and today I need your Singtel shop at Parkway to help to print a copy of my contract as I need it urgently to show to Samsung service dept to unlock my mobile phone as I couldn't use my phone due to password issue. Your staff told me they could only send it to my mailing address! The mail might reach me in 2 to 3 days as tomorrow is Sunday. I asked them if you were in my position, could you go without you phone for 2 to 3 days. I told them in the first place, when I re contract on 28/1/2016, instead of giving me a copy of my new contract, the staff told me she will sent it to my email, and now my printer is faulty. I got stuck here! I am upset as such a simple assistance and your staff couldn't even give me a helping hand by just print a copy for me @ Parkway and I just stay nearby
