Ms Fraser, I am writing you out of desperation with your company. Several years ago – Jane Fraser email address

Robert sent a message to Jane Fraser CEO, CitiMortgage that said:

Ms Fraser, I am writing you out of desperation with your company. Several years ago your company contacted me about a new federal program that would assist people who were financially strapped. It was called a loan reduction program called HARP and the caller asked many questions about my personal financial situation and in the end instructed me to reduce my monthly mortgage payment and proper papers would follow. Three months went by with no communication from you and then I was sent a foreclosure notice. After countless efforts by me and my attorney, Citi settled a small claims action. This situation ruined my credit and you refused to re-negotiate my loan when the interest only payment time ended. I recently informed you that I was no longer able to pay the mortgage and was returning the house keys to you. I was instructed not to send the keys as you would change the locks yourself. I have received a letter asking only for my phone number. I am at a loss. Please help me.

Regards

Robert Scofield
