Ms Jane Fraser,CEO Citimortgage Inc. Ms Fraser, My name is – Jane Fraser email address

James sent a message to Jane Fraser ,CEO, CitiMortgage€“ email address that said:

Ms Fraser,
My name is James. I have been a Citimortgage customer for nearly 25 years, and during that time, I have NEVER had a problem with Citimortgage receiving and posting my payments until this month, February 2016.
I personally chose to pay my mortgage bi-monthly, on the first and 15th of each month.
I had mailed out my first check via my online banking on February 2nd, and my second check also via online banking was mailed on February 12th.
On February 17th, I received a call from Citimortgage, a automated call that my February Payment had not been received and threatened to be negatively reported to credit bureau.
After much discovery, I have now found out that Citimortgage just recently receives payments via U.S. Mail versus electronic transfer. Furthermore, my check mailed on February 2nd was received on February 3rd, however, was not posted until February 17th.
Why did it take nearly 2 weeks to post my initial payment? In so far as the second payment, I have put a stop payment on that, and the bank will reissue another check.
I chose electronic payment because I DO NOT TRUST the U.S. Postal Service with my valuable information.
I am very concerned about my payments to Citimortgage being delivered and posted timely to avoid the embarrassment of being a negative customer.
In so far as your customer service representatives, they have been sympathetic to the problem, however, what else can they do, therefore my reason to asking for your help in this matter.

Sincerely,
James

P.S. I chose to email versus mail because the problem was so sudden and needed what I would deem immediate attention.
