I am truly disappointed to learn that TJ-Maxx does not stand behind what they sell. When I purchase something which is defective I expect the retailer to take it back and deal with the manufacturer. I recently purchased a 27" Lucas suitcase. Used it 2x and the wheel cracked. I attempted to return the suitcase along with all documentation expecting a full refund ($65.16) Instead I was told by the manager at your Hicksville, NY location "Christy" they would not accept the return saying it was used. The moment I wheeled it out of the store it became used. I expect more from TJ Maxx and am awaiting a quick and positive resolution. Thank you.
