Susan Searle sent a message to Mary Barra that said:
Dear Mary, I am VP of Lake County Women's Advocacy for abused children in Leesburg, Fl. We are having a silent auction scheduled soon and I'd like to ask if you can give us a dealer car or used one for this high-priced silent auction. Our ladies group consists of 50 and we are passionate about providing much needed items to these abused and neglected children. We have tried hard to provide basic clothing, toiletries, blankets, juice and crackers. Many come to the center that haven't eaten for weeks and some are homeless. We hope you will be generous and give something to our auction.
