I purchased my 2014 Cadillac ATS after having owned 4 Acuras. I thought it was my duty to support GM. However, after only 25,000 miles, my car has experienced numerous quality issues that make me wonder why I would purchase another GM product. The most recent issue is the "spiderwebbing" of the CUE screen, something I know you're aware of but haven't yet acknowledged. Having to pay $2,000 for a fix isn't acceptable. I'm disappointed in the quality and more so with the lack of support being offered. Please help me understand why I shouldn't go back to purchasing Honda products.
