Mary: I have been been a loyal customer of Cadillac for many years and recently ordered a 2021 XT5. My vehicle came into Uftring Weston(Peoria ,Illinois) and had an issue with the steering gear assembly. I waited eight weeks for the car and had to wait another week and a half for the car. I am picking it up tomorrow. I contacted your customer support team about possible compensation. I have talked to at least 10 different people ; with no calls returned.
