Mary- I purchased a 2019 Chevrolet Corvette in May 2019, and I have had significant issues regarding it to where I've struggled with your GM Complaint center advisor Brian, who appears unwilling or unable to respond to emails or phone calls. I've gone twice for almost a month with no contact from him regardless of the number of calls and emails. I've even opened a new claim and they transferred it back to him. My complaint has been open since September, and what I thought would be a coverage component letter, came back with no information only a (.) where it was to define the resolution for what GM is placing as a bandaid repair for a brand new car that needed a new bumper, headlight, multiple repaints, and still on going. I requested GM give me all my money back and allow me to buy a new one, they refused. Now I have a brand new corvette, (I've now owned 3) and this ordeal I need resolution for. I'm coming to you as the top person to see if I can get this resolved, my case number is 9-5714056160.
