When this company was launched back in August 2019, we had hope that we would work for the real coca-cola company,lest we forget that all that glitters is not Gold.Captured:Please allow me to raise my concern regarding our company eSwatini{Swaziland} Coca-cola Bevarages has been captured by logico,of which i believe is against the policies of Coca-cola.We are watching in vain. Logico has captured eSwatin{Swaziland}i Coca-cola company ,now[Logico] dictate terms and instructing Coca-cola what to do and not.According to my understanding,eSwatini Coca-cola is being milked up to nobody's business,and we turned to ask ourselves is this coca-cola or someone is operating his or her private business,Operation. it is true that Logico has been given the contract to distribute the product to customers.We as coca-cola employees, we call upon a full investigation into the merit of the contract that was awarded to Logico,which now is being viewed as a company capture. and suspected fraudulent and corrupt practices made by the directors of logico and the General manager of Coca-cola under Mpumalanga Province South Africa ,of whom we report to. Another note a lot of stock is lying idle kept to expire by logico which i understand has been taken and hidden somewhere so auditors cannot access.i have attached pictures of some of the stock that has been kept in the warehouse for some months, which is now rottenI have attached a video of morden slavery done by by logico where people pull full pallets.Employees are being ill treated and harassed by the logico officials influancing our overtime to be cut or not paid at all as it has happened this month of April.We are not paid our overtime including myself. NB Please do not mention my name in fear of being victimized.
