Michael Block sent a message to James Blackledge that said:
Dear Mr. Blackledge,
Several months ago, while exiting Costco, I saw information about refinancing with Mutual of Omaha. I contacted your mortgage division and am so sorry I did. The experience with your company has been a complete and absolute farse. I provided all the information requested, but was asked for more. I provided that and was asked for more. Please, keep in mind, this is a refi, no cash out, on a home with $400,000 in equity. Additionally, as I am retired, I provided proof of well over a million dollars in accounts. Its' interesting that I have been contacted on multiple occasions by your wealth management people, yet cannot get a refi with your company. Just wanted you to know that your refi people are asleep at the wheel. My agent was a very nice man. In the past week he has be incapable of returning calls when he stated he would and today, after almost 60 days into this joke, he finally returned a call to tell me that they wanted more info. I told him, in no uncertain terms, to take the whole loan and shove it.
My only question is what the hell are you running? I am certain never to get an answer but wanted you know how unhappy I am with the total and complete lack of professionalism displayed by your company.
