My 2004 Toyota Sienna XLE engine caught fire unexpectedly while in traffic. Although no one was hurt, and the fire was distinguished with a fire extinguisher, This vehicle has around 49 thousand miles on it only. I am just devastated. I love this vehicle. I do not have the resources to have this repaired at my cost to me personally to ensure the vehicle safety to myself and my family. I would like to keep this vehicle and have it repaired. Is there anything you can do to help? being that it had engine fire with so little mileage on it, is it part of any recall campaign which the company would be prepare to repair at no charge to me? and at same time restore my faith in your company?
