my 63 year old mother was on train 6 from sacramento to Holland depart 1109 – Joseph Boardman email address

DAVID sent a message to Joseph H. Boardman CEO, Amtrak that said:

my 63 year old mother was on train 6 from sacramento to Holland depart 1109 am june 25 2015 ticket she was suppose to arrive in Chicago and then depart Chicago and arrive in Holland on the 27th were she booked a hotel she did not arrive in Chicago until the 28th so she did not stay in the hotel she paid for then your worker Steve at Chicago Amtrak wanted her to sit in the greyhound station all night because that is how she now had to get to Michigan finally they paid for a hotel but she still had to pay for a taxi to the hotel and then to the greyhound station and then I had to take off work to pick her up because she did not arrive when we scheduled she came to Michigan for my wedding missed the spa day that I already paid there were workers on the train who told elderly people who were running low on there blood sugar medicine to try and eat less I finally got connected to a person named rob who would not give me his employee id number who connected me to michelle she opened a case number  you should teach your customer service workers what customer service is because I would bet you would not treat your mother the way that my mother and the other passengers on the train was treated theres always going to be issues its how they are handled that makes a great company and you guys did horrible
