My apologies for taking this route but in store and customer relations could not help – Edward Lampert email address

Nathan Rheiner sent a message to Edward Lampert - Chairman and CEO of Sears Holdings - Email Address that said:

My apologies for taking this route but in store and customer relations could not help me. I went to a store to do a return of 2 dress shirts because the size was not right and was told I could not return them because it was past the 30 Mark. I live in Salisbury MD and I got these shirts from my father as a gift for christmas but he lives in New Jersey. Unfortunately, due the distance I didnt get these until several weeks after the holidays. Im a district manager in retail and time it not something I have alot of. When i finally tried them on a realized they didnt fit so had my father send me the receipt. I understand the system wont allow the return to be processed due to the date but as a customer i was basically in nicer words told i was out of luck. Customer service 101 is you take care of the customer. I asked for a gift card just to purchase the correct size and was told no. This is $40 my parents spent that is basically being thrown away because the product is useless to me. If you could please offer some better assistance i would greatly appreciate it. 615-462-8652 is my work phone and the best number to reach me on. Thanks again for your time.
