My car was stolen. I filed a claim with Progressive and GAP Insurance and they both paid CarMax. I am now being asked for $1300 for interest. apparently I have still been getting charged interest since the car was stolen. Why would I still be paying on a car that was stolen when I informed you that I didn't have the car anymore and that the insurance company was going to pay it off. I don't have $1300 when I just went through a lost and need to get a new car. Please contact me as soon as possible
