My company Track Seven Events LLC had been doing business with Ryder for many many years, renting over 100 trucks a year. Within the past few months, we chose to part ways with Ryder after one too many mistakes that cost my company time, money and giant headaches. Ryder in Doraville GA simply couldn't keep up and the excuses kept piling up taking no ownership in those mistakes. With the amount of turnover at the Doraville Ga location, it was hard to keep up with whom we spoke with, who promised what and who was actually handling the situations that came up. We had been billed on many occasions for damage to trucks we didn't even have rented out. On one such occasion, we received a $1000 bill for damage, I spoke with the rental manager at the time of invoice. We cleared up wrongful bill. However, I go an email from an extremely rude customer service person named equard sheppard who accused us of being delinquent on a bill we should have never been charged. I explained the situation to him many times and then I got no response. Months later, another bill and a threat to send to collections if the bill wasnt paid. Again, explaining the situation and that it was already resolved and was looking for confirmation, I got nothing but another email with the same bill. I called your corporate office, spoke to a nice woman who said she would look into it and get back to me. She never did, which in return I again received another bill for it. I am not sure how you guy look to take care of customers who spend thousands and thousands of dollars with you, but we have been treated VERY poorly. No one ever calling to discuss like a professional, just blindly sending bills. We will not look to ever rent from Ryder again after this. I dont like being accused of a delinquent payment on something we shouldnt be paying. I have been advised by our lawyer that he will act should our BS charge be sent to collections. In almost a year, I have had no one call me to discuss only threatening emails by equard_sheppard. I hope this email finds the proper management to handle it.
