My complaint with Humana Dental. Please explain to me why I pay Humana over $1400 annually for a Preferred Dental Plan that Humana reports pays a Maximum Benefit of $1000 Annually. I chose this plan to cover Major Services offered in this plan with an Additional $ 1500 Maximum annually that Humana is denying me. I do not understand this denial. I also then do not understand what is offered in the Preferred Plan vs Humana's Preventive Plan.
