My Dad passed away on Oct 11, 2016. I notified Anthem in Oct of his death. In Dec 2016 money was removed from my bank account for his insurance. I called Anthem explained what happened. No refund was received. Jan 2017 again money was taken from my account. Again I called Anthem. As of today 5/9/217 after 6-8 times of calling your company I still have not received the money Anthem has stolen out of my account. I feel I have been patient but tired of the run-around your company has been giving me for. Please help me resolve this issue! Pat Best Daughter of Robert Dittmar
