My daughter-in-law has a wedding registery with Kohls as well as another major store. She was married on July 10, 2016.
Several of her friends and family members purchased wedding gifts from Kohl's so she would receive the 10% back from what was purchased in a kohl's gift certificate.
She has NOT received her gift certificate as promised. Everyone at Kohl's is giving her the run around. No one will put her in contact with someone who can help.
I purchase items through Kohls every month. I am extremely disappointed in Kohl's lack of concern.
My daughter-in-law also received two gifts broken. In addition, her registery showed that items were sent, but she did not receive them. When she tried to reach someone at Kohl's they told her they could not give out the name of the person who purchased the items. My daughter-in-law was trying to reach them so they would know she did not receive the gifts they purchased.
We are hoping you can help us resolve this issue and give her the gift card she was promised. She wants to purchase the vacuum cleaner with it.
