My daughter is going overseas to study in Sep. She wants to retain her number. In Jun, I contacted SingTel staff to make the arrangement for mobile share. I was told that the appeal was successful and will be activated on 1Sep. On 1sep, customer service called and I was told that the arrangement was not possible
I am utterly disappointed on 3 counts. The appeal though successful was reversed 3 months later. I have been left with little time to resolve the issue. There is utter disregard for a loyal subscriber from day 1.
A big company can surely learn and facilitate such a common recurring request. I await your favourable response due to the short time available.
