Linda sent a message to Michael S. Burke Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AECOM Email Address that said:
My daughter, Katelyn, works for AECOM in DC (her very first job) and filed a conduct complaint about her supervisor and his supervisor and they were found of wrongful conduct. The office and HR have done nothing to remove her from the situation after they were disciplined. I am also in HR and we have never left an employee in a work section that employees were found guilty of wrongful conduct. This makes for a very hostile and uncomfortable work environment. Your company talks about integrity, however, your 300 M street office is lacking it greatly I really don't want her first job experience out of college with two bachelors degrees, to feel like all work experiences are like this. I would hope that you would check into this matter and hold your company up to the integrity I believe it has.
