My daughter with Cerebral Palsy, sold all her games and tech stuff to buy a Nintendo Switch. It died in 3 weeks. Your staff was not helpful. They told us to contact Nintendo even though they bought from your store. She is heartbroken. They said we had no warranty, no recourse, no way to fix.
