My email sent before I was done. Anyway, the previous owner of my small busines did all of her merchant and checking business through you. I decided to open a checking account with your location on behalf of my father who lives in Michigan and has been swindled by the Jamaican fraud. I was paying all of his bills. Your manager at that time Brian opened my account. Unfortunately, my father compromised the account and I had to close it. Catherine, the teller is so unbelievably courteous and professional and always took care of my needs. On Friday I walked into fifth third bank and asked for change. Catherine was not there. The teller that was there said sorry we don't give change to people who dont have an account with us. I explained that I was a business neighbor and that we should support each other. She said nope sorry. I asked to see the manager. There was not one customer in this branch. However, your manager was with another employee and they told me to take a seat and he would get to me when he could. No rush on his behalf to help me out. I left your bank quite disappointed with no change. I recently told my employees that they should think of opening a fifth third bank, because I thought your customer service was amazing. Now I am left deflated. So unbelievably rude. She did not care about me, she did not care about future business, and your manager never came out of his office. Of course I went to Bank of America and they didn't even ask a question they gave me change. I didn't tell my employees I take back what I said about fifth third Bank, don't open an account with them.
