My family is booked in one of the two bedroom hospitality suites this weekend at the Loews Pacific Resort in Orlando. We are making this trip with our extraordinarily special needs child. Our main event of this vacation is the actual hotel property. He has autism, cannot sweat, has a mast cell disorder among many many other disabilities. We booked this room in September.
For the GM of this property to announce the pool closure three days before our arrival is disrespectful, horrible customer service, and quite frankly, a bait and switch. I believe very strongly that the hotel should make the pool available for the guests next week and reschedule the renovations for a time when you can give your scheduled guests a fair and proper notice. Would appreciate any help you can provide!
