My Family Starter Plan has expired since 15 January 2018 and I have been calling – Chua Sock Koong email address

My Family Starter Plan has expired since 15 January 2018 and I have been calling Singtel for the past 2 weeks to renew my plan to Learning Starter, however time after time, Singtel on the phone kept telling me that due to technical issues and internal problems, Singtel is unable to renew my plan to Learning Starter till now. My children are currently unable to watch their favourite educational channels and they are more or less deprived of watching children educational now. Singtel kept committing to me on phone that they are resolving the technical problem but until now I hear no news from Singtel at all and no one has contacted me at all or keep me updated of any status. I have already sent in an email letter of complaint via Singtel portal and again I called up Singtel today and they unable to get back to me on the status, Unable to resolve the problem of Singtel box TV for my house. I really do not know what is the unlying problem and I have been transferred from call to call, department to department but till now, unable to receive any news of resolving the problem. Do look into this urgently failing which I really have no choice but to escalate further up with the Ministry. My mobile is 9837 1748, House phone is 66843024.
