repeatedly, the speedpasses fail to function, and equally repeatedly the problem lasts a few days. contacting speedpass is pointless. the last time mine failed, i was asked to designate the pump i was at. trying a different pump changes nothing, and gas station personnel was useless..surely you, sir, have the institutional clout to galvanize speedpass. thank you.
