My flight, flight 164 (SRQ to JFK) on Wednesday, March 21st was canceled due to – Robin Hayes email address

Marge Sherman sent a message to Robin Hayes Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of JetBlue Airways Corporation Email Address that said:

My flight, flight 164 (SRQ to JFK) on Wednesday, March 21st was canceled due to an impending snowstorm. I actually called ahead of that cancellation to cancel my flight and reschedule it, but the only option I was given was for a flight that afternoon, going through Boston and onto NYC. I actually said that I could go the next day or the day after, but it was very vague if Jet Blue would be flying at all at that point. I explained how important it was that I get to NYC and ultimately CT for a testimonial dinner where I was the guest speaker on March 24th, but the agent didnt hear me. I tried to reschedule on my own, but all of the flights were cancelled. I did not feel that enough was done to helpmeet to reschedule. Yes, I have Jet Blue credit I can use, but the testimonial dinner is happening tonight and I am not there. I didnt even get Sky miles for my inconvenience and disappointment.

I totally understand an impending snowstorm, but I do not understand the lack of customer service. For this, I am both angry and disappointed. I live in Sarasota and travel often to NYC on Jet Blue, but was very disappointed with this situation.

Either compensation or another airline ticket would be appreciated. I only wish I could have attended this important event tonight.
Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
Marge Sherman
