Nancy sent a message to Gary C. Kelly Chairman, President, and CEO, Southwest Airlines Co. – email address that said:
My grandson, Jack, travelled on Southwest...which they use exclusively ....to visit his grandparents in Florida on April 24th. Jack has Down Syndrome and many sensory issues. My daughter in law approached the gate agent to get a stroller tag and to request early boarding to get Jack settled. She was challenged by this agent and became very upset thus upsetting Jack even before boarding! Unacceptable.
