My husband and I have been clients of Capital One for 10 plus years. On our 55 wedding anniversary event... a trip to Ireland this June 25, 2017, our doctor, Dr. Harry Carr, directed us to buy business class seats, since I had a severe problem with my left leg, and was facing hip replacement in the near future. In fact he stated that we Should Not Fly Coach.
So we dug deep into our pocket to buy a
$6,000.00 ticket. We didnt get our business class seats to Ireland, on our way back we did. We asked Capital One to help us get 3,000.00 back from our credit card. At first they said yes, but then resubmitted it back on my card for this November billing, I just paid it. I was very disappointed that Capital one let us down. I had faxed 12 pages of documents indicating our dispute prior. I am not certain why they did not follow through with their promise. That if you buy something and you dont get what you pay for, Capital one has your back. We deserve this!!!!! I am still so angry about them re-billing this charge that in my 79 years of living, I have never felt so dissed by any organization. I have done every kind of verification of proof of my claim, so now I am reaching out to the "guy" on top. Please check this out. I could be your Mother. if not grandmother. You look quite young on your picture.
