Liz sent a message to Kevin Mansell – Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Kohl’s Corporation – Email Address that said:
My husband and I have had a kohls card for over 8 years. My husband purchased a ring from kohls. We were charged for 2 different rings, when my husband questioned he was informed that the first one was done in error and a void after would be done. It reflected on our statement that was not the case. We have gone to the store in lakewood co spoken to the customer service, the e3 and the store manager and of them told us we needed to contact the 800 number. We have done that to be told we signed and bought both tons and they would not do anything about it. I have asked store lp look at the fair to see we only left with one ring and we are not the criminals even though kohls is testing us that way. We have closed or account with kohls where I spend about $300 a month. We have no intention of doing at kohls again and this is all over a $59 charge that NONE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE WILLING TO CORRECT THEIR ERROR. I hope you address this issue and correct for other customers. Your yes we can policy is not alone and well.
