My husband signed up for your credit card a few weeks ago which ended up causing us much stress. I linked my Square cash account to his fidelity credit card because I have a skincare line that I sell at festivals and many of my customers do not carry cash. With my Square cash account, they are able to pay me directly with their credit cards and the payment hoes directly to my husbands Fidelity card. For some reason, because Fidelity is unaccustomed to this card, they have frozen all deposits including my husbands direct deposit pay checks. We have given them absolutely every bit of information that they have asked for, yet they will not release our funds.Fidelity is holding over $800 of our money. We have done all that was asked of us.
