Robert sent a message to Saun Bruce W Van – Chief Executive Officer, Citizens Bank RBS Citizens – Email Address that said:
My Master Card from Citizens Bank ending with numbers 5177 has been cancelled.
The Bank claims that I called to cancel the card. This is a lie, I have not called the bank to cancel card. This cancellation is causing financial losses and has damaged my business. All attempts to correct that have failed.
I will withdraw all my funds from the bank unless this is taken care of within 48 hours.
Your bank seems to employ people who are totally incompetent and irresponsible. You should have a look at that and at the Milford, PA branch.
Your assistance in this regard will be appreciated.
