My name is Adis I have been in this claim since February and contrary to the last email no one addressed my claim nor my concerns and since the accident I have remained a customer although the customer service has been VERY POOR and one of the most inconsiderate in the industry. I have secured a lawyer and he is advising me on a plan of action however I would much rather settle this matter as a client instead of a plaintiff. So will someone please call me thank you
