Amanda sent a message to William H. Rogers, Jr. – Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of SunTrust Banks – Email Address that said:
Hello Chairman and President Rogers:
My name is Amanda and I own Skullduggerous, LLC which is a new business in Austin Texas and my bar is called Dozen Street. I am the only owner. We are an independently owned business struggling to grow in a developing neighborhood. My insurance was cancelled on June 23rd. I STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY PREMIUM. I have tried to go 'up the ranks' at the insurance company, the broker and at Premium Assignment. Even though my insurance was canceled on June 23rd, I was assessed late fees after that date.
I'd like to know why it takes 10 days for a wire transfer from SKP Insurance to 'clear', and why- it will take EVEN LONGER if I want to contest the late fees.
I know that you process payments in a nano-second. It's been 3 months and I am unable to pay my October rent without this return.
I am enormously distressed. I don't know how I will pay my rent if this $ cannot be immediately released, and my late fees subtracted.
Surely you have the authority to help me and help save this new business.
Please let me know what can be done to move this process forward immediately.
Amanda
