I am a trainer who specializes in cognitive restructuring - on the unconscious level. Meaning, I introduce people to the UNCONSCIOUS beliefs that make decisions for them without their conscious awareness. I possess a MBA and a MSW, and I am a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
I had worked in the counseling field for years before I returned to school for my MBA. I knew that people's unaddressed issues made their budgets and their schedules, but while doing case studies of major corporations, I discovered that I was able to quantify the impact of their employees', and leadership's, unaddressed issues on the bottom-line.
