My name is Carlos and I have purchased several cars from Autonation. I lost count how many cars I've bought from you, but I'm sure if you look me up you can see all my purchase history, you guys used to be Marroney before. I've even encouraged family/friends to purchase from you guys. I believe you guys have fantastic service- when it comes to sell your cars (of course).
However, I must say you guys have horrible customer service when it comes to service department or finance department. A few weeks ago I was calling to do some work on my truck that I purchased at Autonation Chevrolet Doral on 11/25/16. It was impossible to get in touch with a human being on the line. (**I would recommend you do a test call in the morning, good luck!! - I have requested to speak to your Director Carlos P. This guy has no control of his team). I was constantly getting tossed around your operator on a never-ending cycle. On this occasion I decided to do business with different Chevrolet dealers... This is not the first time. I thought I would share this experience since I've been a long time customer and since I am no longer doing business with Autonation. I purchased another vehicle less than a month ago (this was the first non-Autonation car I've purchase in a very long time.) This is one of the repercussions that having a horrible customer service to a business (Thank You Doral)
Nonetheless, lets forget about the past. I've been calling your finance department in Doral for the past two days for few hours in Autonation Chevrolet -Doral. Again, It was impossible to get in touch with a human being in finance and again, I was constantly getting tossed around your operator on a never-ending cycle. I wanted to check on possibility of cancelling my GAP insurance from the car that I had purchase on 11/25/16 at Doral Chevrolet and it was impossible to get someone on the line. My friend, had a similar situation as me, and according to him as retaliation they took forever to send him a check. I decided to drive to the dealer for assistance. After I waited for 1hr/30min. (Only, so they could tell me I need a letter from my bank - So they could not assist me) Here I am now sending this email to the leaders at Autonation. I need to cancelled my GAP insurance and for Autonation to return my money. At this point I am hoping I don't experience any retaliations/delays from Autonation to return my money.****Again, this team in Doral needs help with Customer service
