Christopher sent a message to Dan Schulman President and CEO of PayPal Email Address that said:
My name is Christopher.
PayPal shows two payments of $300 for a seller. I only authorized one, I do not have any idea why two were posted. I specifically checked before and I never saw two payments until last night. I opened a claim. I called you customer service number. I do NOT have time to wait on hold all day. I have contacted the seller, the rep on the phone said it was preferred I contact her for a refund of the duplicate payment. I did. I want PayPal to now take over and make sure I get my money back.
Also side note - I was told by Miguel on 03/12 at 08:09 reference number , that a personal pay for exchange for a good was fine and I did NOT a need a request where a receipt is generated. I requested him to walk me through all the steps along with asking him for a reference number.
Back to my request - I'm getting frustrated. I want the refund for my duplicate payment that I never made for $300. I was on hold at my job for over 20 minutes. Please help me with this, thank you.
