My name is connie and I have been doing business with sears for more that 37 years and never have I ever had any problems with anything. For the las week or so I have had several repair man out looking at my washer and the problem is my they want me to pay for a cosmetic repair? I was told by one of your people that if they could not fix it I should either get a new one or at least replace the panel.One repair man gave me another repair number that had nothing to do with sears of course they built it, the company he gave me the number too. That's crazy I purchased the machine from Sears. I also purchased a Master protection Plan with this machine if I knew that this would happen why should I have purchased a protection plan or even the washer? I am so hurt that this could happen. I depend on Sears, not homedepot nor Lowe's. I Love Sears and grew up with Sears I just want this problem to be fixed. If you can help Please, Please, please contact me. Today another repairman will be coming out three in all. Oh let me remaind you the first repairman stated he had never seen this type of problem before WOW. I will not take up much more of your time.
