My name is Denise. I live in Schenectady NY. I am 8 months pregnant. I enrolled in your plan 3/1/16. NYS exchange had a glitch on 8/26/16 which I was told was fixed on 8/30/16 however they sent your company a file to cancel me. Even tho I paid all my premiums and was never late, Empire cancelled me and sent my money back 10/18/16 for the entire year. I have called several times to both Empire and NYS exchange to fix this. I need to be re-instated to my insurance my baby is due soon and i'm scared! Please help me. I don't know if I need a lawyer to contact you but I need my insurance back. Pam at Empire said all you needed was a "clean transaction date" from NYS exchange to fix this. Your company sent me a letter on 10/25/16 saying I could not be re-instated because I did not pay my premiums...but I did! I never asked to be cancelled...I never asked for any of this. I will paid all the premiums back as soon as you tell me its fixed. I don't know who can help me.Please tell me what to do...
