MY name is Desire Calhoun. I am contacting you do to My paypal Account I can not seem to resolve my issue any other way. I have sold products on ebay for year or so and I just now get this limitation hold I have talked to many different paypal employs trying to resolve this and ever person comes up with something different I need to resolve like proof of address card accounts invoices ect, ect. now they say I am not allowed to get my money for 180 days for not being able to provide them with information needed. I have tried over and over to resolve this problem and I am not understanding why I was in the selection of the ones that got holds on their account and why everytime I call the reasons change on why I cannot get my money out of paypal as I hear it is illegal for paypal to hold my money they people received their products paypal gets their fees and ebay and me are just out on our money due to this limitation I cannot RESOLVE. I wil gladly close my account and use a different company to receive my money after I know I can get my funds out of pay pal. if you could email mail me providing information on how I can fix this it would be great thanks
