To whom it may concern,
My name is Dionna and I was tested at Summit Medical Group MD Anderson center, on December 15, 2017. Today I spoke with a representative, with Quest Diagnostics, in reference to the turnaround time of my blood work results. I was informed by your representative that my tests won’t even be started until December 21, 2016. I am disheartened to learn that because my surgery is scheduled for December 22, 2016. I have had to reschedule my surgery twice due to my rare genetic blood disorder. I am a Special Education teacher and need to have my surgery take place during Christmas break. My husband has Crohn’s disease and I exhaust a lot of my days in and out of the hospital with him. I can’t afford to miss this window of opportunity for myself because my income drives my home.
I am writing to request urgency be placed on my testing. Can someone please help me?
