My name is Edna and I'm writing regarding AutoNation Chevrolet West Colonial Drive in Orlando. I purchase a Cobalt 2005 in April 2016 since then and has giving me a lot of issues I have taken the car 3 times to the shop since I bought my car in April 2016. The last time I took it to the shop I was charged the deductible because apparently I have a warranty I paid the deductible I come home with my car and my car was the same way it was not repaired correctly. I called the office numerous times to find out status on my car now and before when I have taken the car and I've always been transferred to voicemail. I am always transferred to the service manager David but I always get Voice mail. I tried to reach Nick the sales manager to see if there's any way I can go ahead and exchange this car as it has electronic issues and it will always persist and they have been ignoring my calls and they have been giving me a run-around. I went to purchase a car to this AutoNation because I thought it was honest since then I've had nothing but nightmares my car has left me in the middle of the road and the worst part is that the customer service at AutoNation West colonial drive in Colonial Orlando has been very poor they ignore my calls and they don't tell me the status. And all three times that I've taken the car and they say one diagnostic then they changed a diagnostic and they never go through the diagnostic with me. This is a desperate customer rating as I don't know what else to do with this matter at this point if I'm charged again for this car I'm going to have to return the car and my credit will affected.
Again dont know what to do. I feel helpless with this company as they act that they dont Care about their customers.
