My name is Kali I worked for Taco Bell at the St. Marys – Greg Creed email address

Kali  sent a message to Greg Creed – Chief Executive Officer of Yum Brands – Email Address that said:

My name is Kali I worked for Taco Bell at the St. Marys, Georgia location. They did not give me a final paycheck for what I worked. They have also left oil from the fryer in the back of the store so long that it molded on the top of the oil in large pots, they have left stagnant water all over the back of the store as well, which I am sure you are aware that stagnant water will make people sick, they have mold in the walk in cooler and food that's in there is not properly closed, there is also mold around the sink area where dishes are stored and washed. There has been complaints of people finding bugs in their food as well. The franchise owner of that location is Donna. The GM at the location is Jasmine. They had let me go after Christmas of 2016 after working three days during that pay period and when I asked for my final check when it was supposed to be there they said that there was not a check there for me. I had started working there in October on the 27th. They had said they would send my W-2 form to me and it has not arrived. Over the course of time that I worked there I was never properly trained nor was anyone else that I talked to about the issue. I talked to the GM Jasmine about the issue and her response was that "nobody here is properly trained. We don't have to proper time, money or resources to train people properly."

I thought these issues with health concern and Management should be brought to your attention so that you are aware of what is going on at your St. Marys Franchise location so that the issues can be looked into.

I wish you a blessed day and look forward to hearing from you about these issues.
