My name is kristine kasmer, i have been a sprint customer since 2013. I am very disappointed in recent customer service. I am trying to get a new phone and have been told 2 different things by your reps. I dont want to lease or pay monthly. I just wanted a refurbished or clearanced out phone. After 1 1/2. And talking to 2 different people, i am back at square one. Everytime i try to do anything in,past 2 months it is a 2 day ordeal. I do not want to go to another provider but your customer service dept is ridiculous.
