Lisa sent a message to Glen F. Post, III President and CEO, CenturyLink, Inc. that said:
My name is Lisa and I just had a new house built at 11524 S Brightstar Ave. Floral City, Fl. 34436. Your company is the company that provides service in the area. However, you only provide it to half of our neighborhood. Most that have it are retired. On the other side of the neighborhood you have people like myself that are self employed running business out of our homes but cant get your service.
After becoming a Board member of our HOA, I found that the neighbors that dont have it have tried several times to get your service and want your service but for some unknown reason can't get it. I am perplexed as to you wouldnt go another block to get additional accounts with bundle packages. I myself would be paying for the highest speed for my business. The demand is there but the supply is not.
When I called your office I was offered to get a Verizon Pack and Direct TV and this was after being on the phone for over and hour with your CS. I was confused by this because I could just go direct to those companies.
Please advise as I am now thinking my only other option is to try Satellite to conduct my business.
