I have been a customer of your company for over 15years. I normally do not complain but today I have leaned that your company has 3 different kinds of insurance. Well my wife's screen broke on her I phone and I thought my insurance would cover it . I have always covered all my phones with the insurance. From what I don't understand is why this was explained to me when I purchased the iPhones . I have been with sprint when the rates were high and I always made sure my bill was paid no matter the size because some time the bills were huge. I have since taken a reduction in pay but still pay my bill every month. I am asking for an exception for a long time customer of your to just give me a refurbished iPhone like the one the she is leasing.
Your long time customer do not get any advantages what so ever and I have been disrespected on 3 different occasions since I have been trying to get this issue resolved.
Here is the last conversation (I958059124) he said that he makes the decisions and will not transfer me to or give me his manager.
I was the VP of customer service for Washington Mutual and this would have ever been tolerated. I am very upset and will be contacting other companies and Sprint will be losing a long term customer.
If I do not hear from anyone I will not be surprised
