My name is Mary and briefly as I can I bought 2 pieces of luggage one large and one medium on the 29th of June. I used the medium one for my trip. I got to Colorado got the suitcase out of the car pulled the handle to roll it and it broke. I get home and take it to the store to exchange it and because I was honest and said I used it I couldn't exchange it. It is not dirty, torn or anything .I put clean ironed clothes in it. I called the 800 number and talked to a lady that said the district manager would call me within 5 days today makes 4 and still waiting. No I don't have my receipt but I can get something from my bank that is all I bought that day and spent 151.53 I am to the point that I want a refund on both. I am an honest person and just can't believe because I am honest have to write to the CEO of a company . Thank You
