My name is Rafael I am a small carrier one truck and trailer and cash flow is an issue since I just started my business a year ago. I use your company to book my loads and everything has been good do far. I book load on March 17, 2016. I am enrolled in the 2 day quick pay program and it has been over a week and have not been paid. I been given the run around bounce from sales to billing to the broker and all I been told is that the load is limbo and it will be resolved. I would appreciate your help in having an immediate solution to this problem. Like I said cash flow is a problem for small carriers like me and every penny counts.
