My name is Valesha. I purchased a car at the Chevy AutoNation dealership in North Richland Hills in October of 2014. I financed a 2014 Chevy Malibu. On the same day someone else bought the same vehicle however the dealership wrote my vin number on their contract and their vin on mine. We both drove off in the cars that the dealership was selling us but not the cars on our contracts. Now the other persons car is out for repossession because they were behind on their payments. The tow company picked up their car and when trying to resale the car they realized it was the wrong one. Somehow found me and came and took my car and dropped off the vehicle that the other person has been driving for two years. This all because of the incompetence of the dealers and finance people over at Chevy Automation in North Richland Hills who now won't take ownership in their mistake. I am very upset and want to warn other consumers to be careful when purchasing from this dealership.
