My name is William, I had done work for Dominion power in the past and in 1996 I had failed a drug test and was told I was barred for 5 years from working on dominion property, I have been trying for the last 2 years to be able to work as a contractor for your company and after 20 years I am still barred. I just went today to an orientation at your power plant in freeman va, and their orientation again said it would be 5 years maximum.
