PETER sent a message to Ross McEwan – CEO, Royal Bank of Scotland – Email Address that said:

My names are Peter  from Lusaka, Zambia. On 27th August, 2016 I sent you an email requesting for assistance in transferring funds on behalf of Miss Sylvia Yak, daughter of the late Mr. Justin, a customer of your Bank. Miss Sylvia is the sole next of Kin and beneficiary of the funds deposited in your Bank by the Late Mr. Justin amounting to US $7,900,000.00 (United States Dollars Seven Million Nine Hundred Thousand) only. All the Documents relating to this issue were sent to the Bank by the Lawyer from Senegal and received by a lady called Mrs. Shona, Customer Relations at your Bank, on 18th July, 2016 . The money is supposed to be transferred to my Bank Account here in Zambia. My Bank details were communicated to The Royal Bank of Scotland.

Miss Silvia has on my neck trying to find out why the money has not yet been transferred to my account. When I followed up the matter, Mrs. Shona said the Bank requires the lawyer from Senegal to travel to London to sign some transfer papers. I do not understand this. Kindly help to resolve the matter.
